Lim Fang Sung
CA (Singapore), ATA (Income Tax, ATA (GST)
Managing Director
Fang Sung is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and has been in public practice since 2001. A graduate of Nanyang Technological University, he brings over 30 years of experience in audit, taxation, and business advisory.
He currently serves on the Hot Review Panel under ISCA’s Practice Monitoring Programme, acting as an independent reviewer for practitioners who have not met review standards. Fang Sung is also an Accredited Tax Advisor (GST and Income Tax) with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP) and an approved liquidator registered with ACRA.
Beyond his professional roles, Fang Sung actively contributes to the community. He serves as President of the Foreign Domestic Worker Association for Social Support and Training (FAST), a registered charity supporting the welfare and skills development of foreign domestic workers in Singapore.
Liew Seh Siong

Managing Director
Seh Siong began his audit career with our firm in 2006, building strong expertise in financial oversight and assurance. In 2008, he broadened his professional scope by taking on a commercial accounting role with an international corporation, gaining valuable insight into global financial operations.
He rejoined Unity Assurance PAC in 2009 and has since become a key member of the leadership team. With over 17 years of experience in audit, taxation, and business advisory, Seh Siong is known for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions to clients across diverse sectors.
In addition to his professional work, Seh Siong contributes actively to the community as a board member of an IPC-registered charity dedicated to empowering elderly individuals through engagement, wellness, and digital inclusion.
Alpino Phang

Senior Manager, Audit and Assurance
Alpino began his career in audit with our firm in 2009, building a strong foundation in assurance and advisory services. In 2011, he ventured into entrepreneurship, gaining valuable firsthand experience in running a business.
He returned to Unity Assurance PAC in 2012, bringing with him a practical, business-oriented perspective. With over 14 years of experience in audit and advisory, Alpino now serves as Audit Senior Manager. He is known for combining technical precision with a deep understanding of operational challenges to deliver effective, client-focused solutions.
Simon Soh
Master (Tax), CA (Singapore), FCCA, ASEAN CPA, ATA (Income Tax)
Director, Corporate Services, Outsourcing and Taxation
Simon began his audit career in 2007 and was made Audit Manager and ISCA's ATO training mentor in 2013. Driven by a keen interest in taxation, he transitioned into the tax field, earning a Master’s in Taxation from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) in 2017.
In 2018, Simon joined Unity Group as Tax Director and simultaneously took on directorships in Unity Accounting and Unity Advisory. With a strong foundation in both audit and tax, Simon is a seasoned professional. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, an ASEAN CPA, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax).
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Simon is committed to community service and education. Since 2021, he has served on the Audit Committee of the Down Syndrome Association (Singapore) and was elected to its Board in 2023. He also remains actively engaged with his alma mater, having been appointed Secretary of the Alumni Engagement Committee at SUSS in 2024.
